| Arnoff Moving and Storage, a renowned leader in the moving and storage industry, is currently seeking a qualified Portable Storage Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Safely operate a rollback truck and Moffett forklift to facilitate the efficient delivery and retrieval of portable storage units. Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail in securing, loading, and unloading storage units for safe transportation. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service during interactions with clients. Address customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy and efficiency. Schedule and Compensation: Work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. Salary range: $24-$26 per hour, based on skills and experience. Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety at all times, adhering to company safety protocols and transportation regulations. Tow endorsement not required. Skills and Qualifications: Basic mechanical skills are a plus. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. 3 years of experience preferred in the operation of Rollback, Moffett, and Tractor Trailer. Skills and Abilities: Customer Interaction: Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive customer experience. Driving and Record Keeping: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Proficient in using electronic logbooks for accurate record-keeping. Equipment Handling: Experience operating a forklift, with Moffett forklift experience considered advantageous. Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Instructions and Navigation: Ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficient navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries. Maintenance Knowledge: Knowledge of equipment maintenance to address minor issues. Weight Restrictions: Understanding of and adherence to weight restrictions during transportation.
