Client Services Representative
Hours- 8:30am-5:00pm
CSR Duties:
- Receive and enter orders via email or phone
- Print out labels and packing slip (for certain order types)
- Orders get filed and processed
- Orders need to go to Prepress to be produced
- Communicate with all departments on job status
- Work closely with IT and Prepress
- Work closely with the production floor to check on jobs
- Work closely with the Shipping department
- Follow up and make sure that all jobs are completed within the TAT requested
- Be available for clients via phone or email
- Jobs need to be entered into OSAS and billed daily and handed into accounts payable
- Communicate with customers regarding shipping status and production orders, new business and on-going servicing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
