Army West Point Athletic Association is Hiring a People Operations Manager Near West Point, NY

Summary
The People Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for providing a welcoming and positive employee experience during onboarding and throughout an employee’s career with Army West Point Athletic Association Inc. (“AWPAA”). The People Operations Manager will partner heavily with the Director of Human Resources to administer initiatives that enhance the HR department.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree 
· The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, change direction quickly and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the organization.
• Administrative training required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert for HR Software
Preferred Qualifications
• 2 years of HR experience
• Ability to type 60 words a minute.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Empire BCBS, Anthem, TIAA, Teamworks
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat
