Our crews clean the outdoor areas of shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial buildings during normal business hours, removing trash and debris and making the outside of the property presentable to customers.

We are a locally owned, family oriented business that was established in 1973 and we are seeking qualified candidates for our property maintenance operation. Full time. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be available Monday-Friday. WE ARE A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE WITH A PRE-EMPLOYMENT & RANDOM TESTING.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be reliable
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs infrequently
• Must have a valid driver's license and good MVR
