As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you assist the Physical Therapist to provide outpatient physical therapy services. You help patients learn exercises and teach them to use therapeutic equipment. If you are a great communicator, detailed oriented, and someone who loves to help others be healthy, we want to hear from you.

What you will do:

• Accurately document all therapies performed on patients with its corresponding CPT codes
• Work under direct and indirect supervision of overseeing PT.
• Work along side MD's, NP's, and DC's in an integrated team approach to managing pain and improving function
• Implement treatment plans focused on pain reduction and improving functional mobility
• Provide direct 1/1 patient care, with a focus on manual therapy
• Oversight and delivery of all DME issued to patients
• Assist in implementing new programs/techniques to improve PT services

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona PTA license with no restrictions, new grads encouraged to apply
• Experience with manual therapy preferred
• Confidence working independently without direct oversight
• Able to Multi-Task (working with multiple patients at once)
• Interpersonal Communication Skills (with patients and staff members (directing the flow of the office)
• Detail Oriented
