We’re looking for a Peoples Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing our benefits administration, corporate program and services, company events, People Operations Metrics, new hire onboarding, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance. Incumbent will also support Director of People Operations with compensation program initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will be goal oriented. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about their work and is passionate about not only meeting their goals but exceeding them. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to talk and write with confidence and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Position does not have direct reports
