Job Summary

The Outpost Restaurant Food Expeditor is focused on ensuring that every plate that leaves the kitchen is presented per the menu guidelines. The Expeditor must combine recipe knowledge, leadership, and timeliness so as to result in a complete and joyful dining experience for guests. The Outpost Expeditor requires the individual to take on significant leadership responsibility. Their primary responsibility is to coordinate the flow of dishes coming from the kitchen as well as ensure that each plate is prepared, presented and timed perfectly. It requires a high degree of conscientiousness, accountability and professionalism. Expeditors must be calm under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidence, composure and ensuring the dishes leaving the kitchen are paced appropriately and of the highest quality. They must be able to adjust their communication methods to interact with front and back of house personnel as well as guests. They must be detail oriented and driven to exceed the member's expectation

Hours: possible morning, daytime, and night shifts along with weekday and weekend
