RN/LPN Unit Manager
A professional nurse employed to supervise the total nursing activities of the assigned unit around the clock. To ensure that each patient receives treatments, medication, and diet as prescribed, and rehabilitative nursing care as needed, receives proper care to prevent decubitus ulcers and deformities, and is kept comfortable, clean, well-groomed and protected from accidents, injury and infections. The Unit Manager serves as a liaison between all other departments and personnel on the unit.
Delegation of Authority
As Unit Manager you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Requirements;
