Aristacare Health Services is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Cranford, NJ

A great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in the valuable and fast-growing areas of healthcare marketing.

Looking for a highly motivated, outgoing Office Administrative Assistant to handle a wide range of diverse organizational duties. This position will report to the Executive Director and requires traveling throughout the state of New Jersey at least 1-2 days per week.

Duties may include but not limited to:

  1. Scheduling meetings
  2. Creating presentations
  3. Sourcing calls and email communications
  4. Managing marketing campaigns and events
  5. Collecting and tracking data
  6. Contributing ideas to increase AristaCare’s visibility in the healthcare industry
  7. Support the home office with front desk duties

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Able to present well to others
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  6. Flexible with work schedule to allow for travel (maybe 1 day per week)
