Arisa Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Rogers Therapeutic Day Treatment program. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One to two years of experience in a related field is required. The position will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of Arisa Health's intake of all new and returning clients in conformance with all internal policies and procedures and Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities accreditation standards. As part of the Arisa Health service delivery system, the Customer Service Representative will provide an interactive, welcoming response to all inquiries for service by engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgmental way. Responsibilities include accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records, accurate maintenance of fee agreements, updating eligibility, and ensuring that needed pre-certifications and authorizations are in place. Other duties can include reconciling reports within the Electronic Medical Record and working with therapists and other staff members on problems related to weekly reports and billing issues.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. No phone calls please.
