Aria Care Partners is Hiring an Insurance Specialist Near Omaha, NE

Insurance Specialist We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our team and provide excellent support to our patients!As an Aria Care Partners Insurance Specialist, your responsibilities include verifying patient insurance and maintaining accurate data in the system. You will also maintain all policies and procedures regarding supplemental insurance and Medicare supplemental insurance. Full time opportunity in the Omaha office! Compensation: $19.00-$21.00/ hourFull Benefits 12 paid holidays per yearResponsibilities1. Work a report of patients with errors from the clearing house to verify and correct their insurance for proper billing2. Update records of patients who are missing insurance information 3. Manage policies, procedures, and training regarding insurance 4. Assist in strategic research regarding servicing in new states and expanding the insurance offerings 5. Work alongside clinical and billing to make sure all patients are receiving the correct care that can be reimbursed/billed for. 6. Other duties as assignedRequirements · High school diploma or equivalent is required· General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · 1-3 years of customer service experience with service company preferred· 1-3 years of experience working with insurances including state and federal such as Medicaid and Medicare· Waystar experience strongly preferred· Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferredPhysical Demands & Working ConditionsWork is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
