Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Collections Specialist to be part of making that happen.

The Collections Specialist will contribute to our Accounting department, by being responsible for ensuring that their company receives all necessary payments from customers. Their duties include monitoring the A/R aging to identify debts owed to company, contacting customers to notify them of overdue payments and documenting and applying payments collected with a focus on working with insurance providers

AS A COLLECTIONS SPECAILIST AT ARCTIC WOLF, YOU WILL:

  • Monitor the firm’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect the overdue balances
  • Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to obtain collections information as necessary
  • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing or questions about balances
  • Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN:

  • 3-5 years for collections experience
  • Prior experience in insurance collections required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to business needs
  • Capability of gaining customer loyalty through listening, relationship building and professional and persuasive communication skills
