Arco Financial is looking for a Spanish speaking loan officer assistant with a strong background in marketing. The position will focus on marketing for new business as well as assisting Broker with Loan Origination activities. A good fit for this position would be someone who is good with social media, not afraid to follow up with inbound leads, and has sales/office experience. We need someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and have fun while developing strategies to create new business.

Job description

• Make contact with potential borrowers.
• Take Full 1003/Application (only if LOA is licensed).
• Send out requests to clients for documentation for purchase loans/refinance
• Create & maintain marketing campaigns in lead management system.
• Collaborate with social media company on website as well as create content and campaigns on social media for new marketing ideas.
• Assisting the Broker with day to day operations.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing and social media.
• NMLS licensing is preferred.
• Spanish Speaking is mandatory.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with Loans or Real Estate.
• CRM, MS Office experience.
• In office M-F Position.

Salary will depend on qualifications and experience. Commissions and Bonus may be offered. Professional references will be required.

Pay: $31,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
