What you’ll do:

• Assist Integrated Test Group (ITG) personnel and schedule owners with tracking and statusing schedules weekly.
• Coordinate and track execution of the lab design, construction and commission.
• Track purchases against budget and assist in financial forecast updates.
• Review schedules with owners to identify equipment shortages, hard constraints, and .
• Assist with generating reports for schedule reviews.
• Provide onboarding training for new personnel who require assistance with setting up and accessing the internal Project server.
• Perform other related duties, as required.

What you need: 

• Degree from an accredited university, preferably in an engineering discipline.
• Learning agility
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suites
• Ability to learn Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Ability to learn Milestones Professional (schedule swim lane generation tool).
• Understanding of the engineering design phases.
• Experience with eVTOL and/or the aeronautics industry.
