What you’ll do: 

• Manage all accounts payable functions for the company and supervise the Accounts Payable Analysts.
• Train and develop Accounts Payable Analysts, including evaluating performance.
• Manage the process of timely and accurate AP invoice approval, data entry, reconciliation of accounts, payment of approved invoices and reporting.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure resolution of purchase/invoicing issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to the AP process, as needed.
• Review AP batches that consist of checks, wires and ACH prior to payments being released.
• Manage, update and improve the travel and expense policy, expense reporting process and credit card program.
• Provide assistance to vendors and internal company personnel and respond to questions/concerns to meet the various departments’ business needs.
• Assist in audits related to AP activities.
• Assist with various treasury functions (adding new users / new bank accounts) and enhancing internal controls across the AP process.
• Assist with other projects as requested.
• Be the primary point of contact with key stakeholders on all AP related matters.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of accounts payable experience required; Two (2) years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Coupa and the SAP AP module is highly preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to identify and prioritize problems and recommend solutions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in communicating at all levels in both oral and written forms.
