Hours for the General Laborer are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Range for the General Laborer is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on background and qualifications.

Essential for the General Laborer Include:

• Set up the saw machine, making adjustments for each job.
• Set stops or guides to specified lengths.
• Operate the saw machine, keeping an eye out for any defects or issues.
• Use measurement tools to ensure accuracy.
• Help pack and transport finished pieces.
• Accurately complete paperwork.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the General Laborer Include:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience operating a saw (1-3 years preferred).
• Experience operation a forklift (1-2 years preferred).
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team, with a sense of urgency.
• Safety and housekeeping awareness.
• Must be to maintain long periods of standing and bending.
