Responsibilities

–Writes, rewrites and/or edits documents such as proposal volumes, RFI responses, white papers, EN responses, program plans, CDRLs, etc. in response to RFP requirements.

–Collaborates with authors, proposal managers, desktop publishers, graphics to revise proposal content in accordance with RFP requirements and corporate style guides, ensuring adherence to deadlines for reviews and submittal.

–Conducts quality review of proposal material.

–Translates complex data into evaluator-friendly text and graphics.

–Selects and recommends use of layouts, graphics, drawings, tables, exhibits, illustrations, charts, or storyboards to amplify or clarify proposal objectives.

–Edits draft content by reviewing completeness, accuracy, correctness of language use, compliance, and revises manuscripts to meet standards of style and accuracy and correct inconsistencies of thought, development or organization.

–Reorganizes, cuts or rewrites as necessary.

–Allocates space for text, photos, and illustrations according to RFP requirements and space allocations.

–Verifies facts, dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources.

–Maintain awareness of contents of repositories of previous proposal material (e.g., templates, exemplars, etc.) and support the loading of new proposal material after submittal and award.

BS 0-2 Years or HS 6-8 or relevant experience substituted for education

Colorado Salary Minimum: $54,300 Colorado Salary Maximum: $131,700 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
