To support our evolution, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Human Resources Information Technology Team in a high visibility role focused on building a solid foundation into the Human Capital Platforms.

You will be reporting to the HRIS Manager. You will serve as Data Analyst to deliver first line customer service support on various HR/TA subject matters. You will be responsible for:

  • Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records and other related HR data
  • Maintain HRIS systems and deliverables with inputs or corrects employee data, Benefits, compensation, and operations, troubleshooting and verifies entries against processes and policies, creates standard and ad hoc queries/ reports, mass updates, etc
  • Communication skills and styles, both written and verbal; demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external partners
  • Ability to function effectively as a team member; demonstrated ability to establish respect, credibility, and trust at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data and ability to draw conclusions from that data
  • Assist answering routine questions for standard HR activities – using documented procedures (i.e., performance management, merit, service dates, etc)

Qualifications

  • BS with 2-4 years of experience, MS with years of experience 0-2 or HS years of experience 8-10
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience implementing efficient, scalable processes/systems to support rapid growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday or other HRIS and MS Office preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality
  • 1-3 years of Data Analyst experience
