Responsibilities

  • Act as Document Control Manager to process all collateral documents through both internal and external programs
  • Maintain the flow of both electronic and hard-copied controlled documents, department files, and resource materials.
  • Upgrading/establish document control systems and putting them into action, logging, tracking, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinating document transfers between external subcontractors, service providers, and government programs, and preparing reports regarding quality issues.
  • Maintain external documents (standards) to ensure the company complies with all applicable standards and regulations
  • Perform inspection functions of collateral material and handling procedures.
  • Performs the daily administrative tasks in support of the site security department.

Qualifications

  • BS with 5-7 years of experience, MS and 3-5 years of experience or PhD 0-2 years of experiene. Equivalent military or technical school may be substituted
  • Specifically related work experience in the personnel security field, complemented by formal training such as successful completion of the Industrial Security Management Course.
  • Must be knowledgeable with the rules and regulations of the NISPOM pertaining to all aspects of Personnel Security.
  • Must have working knowledge of site-specific procedures and security requirements.
  • The position requires a high degree of accuracy pertaining to all aspects of Document Control and Physical Security. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Physical/Technical Security, Classification Management, Communication Security (COMSEC), and Program Security
  • Demonstrated knowledge of National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) / Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
  • Must have a Top-Secret clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain one
