Job Description: • (Seasonal ~ May - September) Water plants/rooftop herb garden 3 days/week (Gardener’s water on Fridays) • Check coffee products and machine 1-2 times/day. Refill products, help clean machine, let office know when supplies get low. • Assist on-call Maintenance with locks outs when available. Check ID and verify resident is authorized. • Assist with packages. Put packages into the Package Concierge closet if left outside or in the front vestibule. If needed, assist residents with getting their packages. • Assist on call Maintenance with smoke detector battery replacement. • Help keep an eye on property grounds: pick up trash, check the building weekly to make sure all exterior lighting is working, and all doors are latching shut securely. Help keep courtyard and rooftop furniture neat and clean. Help salt main entryways if needed in the winter. Any observed potential maintenance issues should be reported to office using the online work order system. Any observed security issues – doors not securing, etc. should be reported immediately to Arcadia On-Call Maintenance tech, calling the property’s maintenance emergency line. • Take 1st floor trash bins out to main trash room on Sunday evenings if bins are full. • Occasionally work a Saturday in the leasing office if the leasing consultant is unable to.
