The Role
We're looking for a strong corporate paralegal who possesses many of the skills of a junior attorney but may not have the degree. If that sounds like you, we invite you to apply.
As our new paralegal, you will:
- Manage the formation and corporate record keeping for all of our various entities, including the creation of organization charts
- Manage due diligence projects for our new and existing investment opportunities
- Draft and review contracts, including NDAs
- Prepare board and committee materials and maintenance of meeting minutes
- Assist with the closing of corporate transactions, including venture capital investments, and public and private financings
Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office apps
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint a plus
- Any litigation and/or real estate experience will be very favorably considered
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
