Job Summary: As the Medical Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of patients throughout their clinic experience, from check-in to treatment to check-out. Serving as the main point of contact for all non-clinical patient services, your warm and engaging demeanor will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere in our lively and dynamic clinic. What You'll do:

• Greeting patients warmly and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Coordinating the care of each patient meticulously from their initial evaluation to discharge, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilizing electronic scheduling systems to book appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Verifying and updating patients' personal and financial information to ensure accuracy.
• Maintaining organized patient charts and electronic medical records, upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Collecting, processing, and accurately recording patient payments, and ensuring timely depositing of funds.
• Handling faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in fulfilling responsibilities.

Qualifications: 

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have 1 years of previous medical front office experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Previous experience with medical software preferred
• Available and flexible with your hours
• Close attention to detail
• Great time management and organizational skills 
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
