Description

This position is responsible for preparing accounting and financial reporting for assigned transactions and other corporate reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries.

Assist with ongoing process improvements related to journal entries.

Utilize knowledge of the journal entry process to assist in development of comparable processes.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts relevant to assigned responsibilities.

Contribute to the preparation of schedules and filing requirements related to GAAP reporting.

Assist with corporate financial reporting journal entries, reports, and other assigned deliverables.

Assist with the preparation of files used for earnings analysis on a quarterly basis.

Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Identify and resolve issues that may arise related to assigned transactions.

Contribute to the execution of special projects and initiatives impacting the Company.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 

2 years related work experience. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and other industry software, Familiar with financial software package such as HFM, OneStream is plus. 

Bilingual -fluent oral and written in Chinese is a plus
