Description
Position Summary
This position is directly accountable for Financial Planning & Analysis management for ARC locations / plants. This role ensures comprehensive cost-accounting systems, processes and tools are implemented to ensure plant and organizational financial objectives are met.
The Corporate Finance Manager will work closely with all location teams / stakeholders to ensure daily goals and targets are achieved and aligned to the financial forecast.
Requirements
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for identifying opportunities across the business that lead to profitability
2. Responsible for leading and training finance team-members to analyze data that optimizes efficiencies, scalability, and revenue growth
3. Responsible for analyzing complex business problems that directly impact daily operations
4. Responsible for presenting / communicating financial planning and analysis information in order to make critical business decisions
5. Responsible for producing impactful dashboard visualizations that are easy to interpret
6. Responsible for conducting current product line financial analyses that supports P&L optimization
7. Responsible for conducting competitor and market financial analyses that supports strategic business development, including research projects and reports
8. Responsible for researching and analyzing macro and micro industry trends that will lead to the development of unique and actionable strategic recommendations
9. Responsible for setting, tracking and holding stakeholders accountable for financial key performance indicator metrics
10. Responsible for identifying and driving continuous improvement activities, and partnering with functional leaders to ensure implementation
11. Responsible for motivating team members and functional area management to meet objectives
12. Responsible for providing coaching, mentoring and guidance to any direct reports, and to functional team-members
13. Responsible for managing talent within the team including conducting performance reviews and providing regular leadership feedback to direct reports

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required
· Master’s degree in business-related field preferred
· CPA or CMA certification preferred
· 5 years of managerial experience required
· 5 years of Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing experience preferred
· Second Language and Global work experience preferred
