Job Description:
This is a full time Monday-Friday position. An occasional day on the weekend may be required.
Job Responsibilities:
*Provide clerical and administrative support to the executive director and department heads.
*Maintain employee and customer files
*Assists in the hiring process and employee reviews
*Perform accounts receivable/accounts payable functions
*Oversees employee time cards and scheduling
The ideal candidate:
*Has experience working with accounts payable and accounts receivable
*Has some knowledge of human resources
*Is comfortable on a computer and able to quickly adapt to new computer systems
*Has managed employees
*Has some marketing experience or is comfortable with the idea of doing some marketing and willing to learn
*Is dependable and looking for a long term position
*Is a notary
Salary commensurate with experience
