• Maintain consistent service standards for all assigned events
• Handle all pre-event and post-event paperwork needed for events
• Implement and enforce all safety guidelines in accordance with Aramark, University of Delaware, and Board of Health
• Supervise sanitation and organization of all concession areas
• Monitor levels of serving equipment throughout all concession areas
• Assist in menu planning, event proposals and ordering
• Assist with staff training as needed
• Required to assist with other district/campus events as warranted
• Maintain inventory par levels
• Order Serviceware and Food Products as needed
• Knowldge of POS systems and troubleshooting capability
• Cash handling and accurate reporting
• Responsible for sourcing and scheduling staff as needed for concessions events
• Respoinsible for maintaining relationships with NPO groups and assisting with contract updates as needed
• All other duties as assigned by Concessions director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
