Aragen Bioscience, Inc, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager for Cell Line Development, Biologics Division.

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs which will require facilitating communication between customers and internal scientific teams, organizing meetings, tracking project timelines, deliverables, and financial milestones. Preparing and presenting reports to senior management will be required. This individual will work on multiple projects with a diverse set of customers while maintaining Aragen's high customer service standards. The successful candidate will have industry experience, knowledge about cell line development, cell culture, antibody discovery, protein production, protein purification, protein analytics/characterization, and/or process development would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities of the candidate Include:

• Work with program leaders, and project team members to initiate, plan, schedule, execute and close projects.

• Manage project related resources, maintain timelines and scope of projects.

• Actively collaborate with cross-organizational divisions and contribute in both quality assurance and risk management tasks to ensure that project deliverables are met according to requirements.

• Organize project team meetings, run manage meetings, and prepare & distribute meeting minutes.

• Follow up with action items and track until completed.

• Communicate real-time project and program information including risks to Program Lead and report to Division Head.

• Manage all documentation from start of the project until completed.

• Enter and manage Financial force tasks based on project milestones and update as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline desired. PMP Certification desirable but not required

• Excellent organization, time management, written and oral communication skills.

• Great team player with ability to effectively liaise between different teams and with cross-functional departments.

• Ability to multitask and interact effectively within a fast-paced team and dynamic work environment.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce & Financial Force desired
