Corporate AR Biller

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced long term care Corporate AR Biller to bill Medicare, Medicaid, HMO Insurance and Co-Insurance claims needed for a corporate office with a great atmosphere. Duties include month end closing, posting cash, account analysis and follow-up with all claims filed.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate, submit and follow up on claims
• Creates timely, accurate update of collection notes
• Analyze and resolve balances on accounts
• Stay current on billing regulations and guidelines

Education and Experience:

• Experience with Excel, able to create spreadsheets for account analysis
• Detailed oriented, highly organized, team player
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Exceptional math and problem-solving skills
• Preferred but not required:
• Experience in Long-term care
• Understanding of Medicaid & Medicare
• Experience using PCC (Point Click Care)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
