Position Description Conga is growing its Enterprise Customer Success team and is seeking a product technical expert with a passion for helping and enabling customers to implement and execute best practices in order to gain the most value out of their Conga Product Suite. Our CS Engineers work directly with our Customer Success Managers in order to deliver a 5-star customer experience, engaged partnership and ROI on mission-critical business solutions. CS Engineers will focus on implementing and enabling Conga’s customer base on best practices to ensure adoption of their Conga solutions in complex enterprise environments meeting both technical and business needs. Responsibilities: Work with Customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing best practices, product management and product usage Represent and advocate Customer technical needs/issues cross-departmentally Act as an escalation path for CSM’s when customers encounter adoption or workflow blockers Execute workshops with customers to assess health of account and determine next steps Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for existing customers Help identify ideal Conga Suite of solutions to meet customers desired use cases Assist Product team in reviewing technical documentation for distribution to Customer base around major Product Releases Support the Customer Success Management team when onboarding new customers, including on-site go-live activities Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables and process to create an unparalleled Customer Experience Serve as a thought leader in the Digital Document Transformation space Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Possess a Customer-centric approach, you enjoy working with Customers, establishing strong relationships and managing expectations with great results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and nontechnical audiences are necessary Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute efficiently is key Be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills Ability to analyze, document and identify improvements to business processes may be required Ability to stay calm and function effectively when things get tense as your responsibilities can include supporting customer operations Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly 2 years in Software as a Service environment What will separate you from other candidates? Prior CLM or CPQ technical experience Salesforce Admin Certification Technical training and enablement experience 3 - 5 years prior experience in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, etc.) In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to communicate openly about our compensation programs. The first component of that package is compensation and, generally speaking, base pay is determined by market location for each role. The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general salary target for this position in Colorado is $110,611 per year. However, the base salary offered may increase (or decrease) depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a full range of perks and benefits, including financial, medical, and dental insurance. We also fund an annual bonus program, with payout based upon annual corporate performance and individual performance.
