About the role

The Analyst, Marketing Operations will be responsible for one of our platforms/programs – Chat – and will lead analysis and reporting for our Digital and Marketing ecosystem. This includes Digital performance such as traffic, social programs, and web chat, but also includes campaign information within our CRM. This role will monitor reporting and platforms to ensure information is flowing correctly, but will also build new reports and views that will inform weekly and monthly reporting analyses.

You will also:

  • Report / Dashboard building: Regularly create or adjust reports and dashboards in our core systems (Power BI, SFDC, Data Studio). Connect new data sources for Marketing information (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.) to Power BI. Iterate with users to deliver desired visualizations and provide insights.
  • Recurring reporting: Own execution of weekly and monthly reports focused on results from our Digital and Marketing Ecosystem (e.g. traffic, social, marketing program performance, chat, etc.) for the Marketing team, collaborating with peers to collect relevant data and deliver a packaged deliverable.
  • Ad Hoc analysis: Executing a wide variety of ad hoc requests related to Chat, Digital channels, marketing programs, and more.
  • Chat system administration: Primary system admin and point of contact for the chat program and platform. Expected to find ways to improve the platform/program over time, working with stakeholders within Marketing and Sales drive engagement and implement changes. Manage relationship with vendor.
  • About you

    • 2-4 years of related experience
    • Experience with Google Analytics required;
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Power BI, Google Data Studio, and/or other tech stack tools desired
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Should know how to use Excel to analyze data. Should be prepared to use Word / PowerPoint to share takeaways with Marketing leadership.
    • Experience with other Digital tools (e.g. Google Adwords, SEM Rush, etc.) a plus.
    • Self-starter with strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
    • Ability to manage shifting operational and project deadlines in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
    • Heavy focus on quality control and attention to detail
