You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations and will continuously help champion our culture. You’ll need to prioritize multiple tasks, pay close attention to details, and bring enthusiasm to strengthen the People Team. Since launching Thrillshare in the summer of 2015, we have grown to over 300 employees internationally. We are currently in a high growth stage and are looking to expand our market abroad. The ideal candidate for this position will bring years of experience in a human resources role while being comfortable working in a startup with a non-conventional culture and organizational structure. Responsibilities-Work as primary contact and handle all aspects of benefit administration-Onboard new employees-Work with leadership team to develop human resources strategies to maximize our growth-Assist with payroll initiatives as needed-Manage legal compliance with state and national lawsWhat is expected of you:-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role-Experience with benefits administration specifically working with HDHPs-Experience with hiring compliance-Openness to new ways of thinking about company culture and organization-Exceptional interpersonal skills-Four-year college degree-One or more Human Resources Management certifications (nice to have)What else should I know?We take our responsibility as a company seriously and aim to make this the best job that you’ve had (and one that sets you up for future success).
