The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. The Implementation Specialist will report to the Senior Vice President and be responsible for helping clients adopt and transition to new software programs as needed, supporting the customer service team. The Implementation Specialist will report to the Senior Vice and be responsible for helping clients adopt and transition to new software programs as needed, supporting the customer service team. The specialist will also support project planning, system testing, document preparation and client facing issues. The Implementation Specialist will also stay on top of market trends to ensure the product’s competitive position. Being an Implementation Specialist interfaces with product managers and clients to determine the product’s future direction. Mortgage, real estate and/or appraisal experience is preferred. This position will be located in the Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL area with the flexibility to work from home most days. 

Responsibilities

• Initiate the implementation process immediately after the sale closes 
• Answering all product-related questions and addressing queries promptly 
• Collaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering teams 
• Planning and assisting with new product releases and events
• Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
• Assisting with the development of business plans
• Scheduling training sessions with clients
• Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the manager and other relevant stakeholders
• Make helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Industry experts in various parts of the mortgage loan origination process i.e., Staff Appraiser, Mortgage Loan Processor, Mortgage Underwriting, Appraisal Coordinator 
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products preferred
• Experience in the mortgage and/or appraisal industry
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical background preferred
• Excellent teamwork skills
