The Apply Digital Design team is looking for a User Interface with 1 to 2 years of work experience and a solid portfolio.

Apply Digital is a growing company, and the Apply Digital Design team is responsible for enabling that growth. In your role as a UI Designer, you will be engaged in every aspect of the digital product creation process, from brainstorming the next great innovation to tweaking pixels before launch (and beyond). You’ll utilize your full range of interaction design and visual design skills, and you’ll collaborate with a Senior Designer or Lead Designer on the visual output experience for our products across responsive web and native apps.

Your day-to-day is never the same: fast-paced, often fun, and never boring.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as an User Interface Designer.
• A passion for digital products and desire to grow within the field
• Strong portfolio — Works created during your design course.
• Self-starter; able to juggle multiple projects at once
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and communications with various stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
• Strong and current awareness of tech and design trends and best practices
• Tools: Proficient in Figma, Adobe suite, and G-suite
• Top-notch communication skills
• The resilience to work in a flexible, start-up environment.
• Highly collaborative; team player
• Self-starter; able to juggle multiple projects at once

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work closely with the Design Lead or Senior Designer to brainstorm ideas that will bring our digital products to life in engaging ways.
• Design with an understanding of the latest technologies
• Sketch and prototype to quickly iterate on ideas
• Design visually arresting interfaces that push past the obvious and delight users
• Champion the Apply Digital brand and work with other designers to own, uphold and document design standards
• Design with an understanding of the latest front end technologies
