Position Overview

The Procurement Expeditor supports Project Manager, Construction Manager and Commission Manager sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, tracking, expediting, managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project site.

The main duties include:

• Verification of Bill of Materials.
• Supplier Identification.
• Commodity Lead Time Analysis.

Education and Work Experience

• 5 years in Materials Management positions.
• Associates Degree or Technical Degree equivalent experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environment.
• SAP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft, Project, Excel, and Word.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Certificates and Licenses Required

• Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
• SAP Super User preferred.
