Position Description

As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Monitor and analyze freight bills, payments, and all data collected from external and internal sources
• Maintain records of carrier pricing and contract rates
• Research and help resolve overcharge issues and discrepancies
• Support warehouse leaders in tracking all outbound freight shipments for real-time data tracking
• Gain a deep understanding of warehouse and outbound freight processes and procedures
• Develop reliable systems and reports for tracking outbound intercompany shipments
• Build relationships with freight carriers in the interest of ensuring transparent communication and expectations

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with team members and managers effectively
• Display an analytical and technical hands-on approach to solving issues
• Solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Perform multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Execute exemplary project management and time management skills
• Team player who also works well independently

Preferred

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• More than 3 years’ experience with data analytics or related warehouse involvement
• Knowledge of Quality Systems (QS), Quality System Regulation (QSR), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO), specifically 2016-13485
• Microsoft Office certification
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
