Applied Medical is looking for a passionate and experienced Associate Customer Relations Representative to join our Customer Relations team onsite at our Rancho Santa Margarita location. As an Associate Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Enter customer orders and understand the Customer Relations department’s processes
• Comprehend and comply with safety rules and company policies
• Work directly with external customers as well as Applied Medical internal departments such as Credit, Field Operations, Shipping, etc.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The following skills and attributes are preferred:

• Experience with SAP

The base compensation range for this role is $24 - $26 / hour for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting.
