We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Craig CO. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

What you'll do :
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
- Sourcing parts
- Assist in generating sales
- Help in the stockroom as needed, deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications :
- 1 year customer service or inside sales. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills including Excel
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated hourly rate range for this position in Craig CO is $20.
00 - 24.00 / hr depending on experience. Potential bonus opportunity is tied to location and individual performance and has averaged $0 500 per month.
