JOB SUMMARYAs an Embedded Software Engineer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you may be tasked with:defining and analyzing system requirements, developing innovative and custom solutions through analysis, design, coding, and testing, providing recommendations, creating and maintaining testing procedures and documentation, and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners. - - THIS POSITION MAY BE REMOTE IF PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 1 - 3 years professional-level software engineering experience
• Experience required: Embedded C programming, RTOS and bare-metal programming, TDD test driven development, GitLab and automated build environments, Git repository, CPPU unit testing
• Experience a plus: Variable frequency drives VFD, Renesas electronics, E2 Studio, Atlassian products - Confluence and JIRA, Azure (dev ops), Docker
