JOB SUMMARYAs an Electrical Engineer in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, you may be tasked with: designing controls and control panels; specifying internal layouts including wiring and layout schematics; instrument reading, interpreting, and reporting; working within UL and CE specifications; documenting processes related to the development of product electrical systems; advising on improvements to electrical designs to improve cost, quality, and performance; routing electrical harnesses in 3D and developing final harness specifications; applying new techniques, materials, and procedures beneficial to product designsand working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with the following preferred: Mathcad, VeSys, MS Excel, CANalyzer, dSpace, Dewesoft, Capital
• Ability to work with testing, manufacturing, quality control, and marketing requirements
• Minimum 1 year professional experience
