The primary responsibilities of this role are to optimize our schedule by ensuring the right service professional is matched with the proper opportunity, pre- and post-appointment customer contact, and delivering job specifications to technicians.

In this position, you will be:- Contacting customers to ensure they are available for the technician to come to their home- Communicating with, supporting, and dispatching our technicians to all their jobs- Using your creative thinking & team work skills to ensure all your customers are taken care of each day- Plan and facilitate the schedule effectively and efficiently while providing first class service to our customers- Working in an upbeat, fast paced environment, where your multi-tasking and logistical skills will be put to test- Following up with our customers to determine satisfaction levelsThe right candidate will meet the following requirements:- Professional and empathetic phone demeanor- Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills- Solution oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic- Able to analyze a situation quickly and prioritize based on company guidelines- Strong, applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel- Available to work evenings and weekends
