We are in search of an HVAC Service Manager that will fit and understand our “family like” culture; share similar core values like: honesty and integrity; take tremendous pride in their work; and are extremely customer focused.

The HVAC Service Manager is responsible to manage all aspects and functions as assigned to the Service Department. Key performance objectives are:

• Plan, coordinate and direct the overall activities of the HVAC Service Department and maintain a work force consistent with business activity.

• Work directly with the Sales Coordinators to schedule and coordinate the project to control job costs thereby ensuring profitability, timely completion and maximum customer satisfaction.

• Communicate job information to proper personnel to allow for effective planning and execution of the project requirements.

• Manage and develop employees to create a positive work environment necessary to build a cohesive team including but not limited to : hiring, training, coaching, goal setting, scheduling, conduct team meetings, terminating, and evaluating performance. 
• Manage and resolve all customer issues to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction 
• Continually evaluate team to determine coaching needs/on the job training, along with selecting and mentoring top talent.
• Manage employee's schedule and work flow to determine the best course of action to maximize revenue.
• Set goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals to ensure our continued growth 
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed and implemented 

Qualifications:

• 5 years of residential HVAC experience
• Sales experience a plus
• Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and standard of work produced
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Desire to be successful along with be goal driven
• Strong relationship building skills with both employees and customers
• Must have strong ethics and integrity 
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines as set by company
