Position Summary: The Mailroom Clerk prepares the title for the DMV clerk and handles payments. In this role, this individual is required to assist in various departments and handle the paperwork to help prepare titles.Job Duties:• Log titles received by overnight companies, regular mail and walk ins• Scan each title get them ready for the DMV clerk• Verify payments and fill out correct payment options.• Scan payments• Sort payments by locations• File payments in drawers or pull with titles to process deals• Click off titles and pull checks and payments if received• Verify all documents to match payments and process deal accordingly• Run reports to verify all titles cleared sent out which way• Prepare any needed supplies for the lots to send out once a week• Scan vehicle documents• Scan title receipts• Answer phones• Other duties and special projects as neededQualifications• High School Diploma or higher• Excellent customer service and communications skills• Typing/Data Entry, Internet, and MS Office skills• Must be detail oriented• 6 months experience in a similar role AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
