We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for accounting professionals who excel at managing supplier accounts, processing transactions accurately, and resolving discrepancies in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

Account Management : Set up and maintain supplier accounts accurately.

Billing & Payments : Process invoices, apply payments (check, EFT, ACH), and post credits.

Account Monitoring : Send monthly AR statements, manage overdue balances, and keep accounts under 60 days.

Dispute Resolution : Work with suppliers, sales, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.

Transaction Review : Ensure accuracy in billing processes (both automated and manual).

Credit Preparation : Process supplier credits for pricing and discount adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong mathematical skills (fractions, percentages, ratios).

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
