Apple Outdoor Supply has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager position in Hickory, NC. With sales volume on the rise, we need a leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, team building and training abilities. The Branch Manager position has a wide range of responsibilities including operations management with a focus on building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have HVAC experience in distribution.

We are Apple Outdoor Supply, since 1997, we have been a wholesaler of Shed, Barn, & Playset hardware and essentials. Under umbrella of Blevins, Inc. which is a private and family-owned company headquartered in Nashville, TN and currently operate 14 branches located nationwide. We have provided manufactured housing, storage, mobile office and related building industries with home essentials, construction products and coordinated installation services for over 50 years. Responsibilities Include:

  • HVAC Sales Management of outside and insides sales
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with and understanding their needs
  • Responsible for HVAC sales, margin, and growth
  • Personnel Management, including recruiting, training, and coaching staff
  • Operations Management of facility and staff including full P&L responsibility with adherence to policies and procedures

  • Sustained track record of strategy development and execution
  • Proven breadth of general management ability in sales and marketing and operations
  • Skilled in people development and work culture enhancement
  • Hands-on experience in managing multiple business challenges
