The Production Operator duties will include set up and operation of all mint equipment, buffing and stamping of unfinished goods and shipping/receiving of raw materials or finished goods. Production Operators are also expected to assist with inventory counts and moving warehouse inventory.

Shift: 6:00am-3:00pm

A Day in the Life of a Production Operator: 

• Operate machinery to safety, speed, and quality standards
  • Pre-weigh
  • Casting
  • Post-weigh
  • Buffing
  • Burnishing
  • Stamping/Coining
• Ensure quality standards are being met via weight verifications, and visual inspections
• Be accountable to parts worked on via accurate work logs
• Assist with other duties as necessary
  • Packaging
  • 5S
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Receiving/Shipping
• Participate in physical inventory counts as necessary

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing preferred

Computer Skills: Basic use of Microsoft Office preferred
