The Mint Production Manager reports to the Director of Mint Operations and is responsible for providing leadership and guidance on the coordination of plant activities through planning with leadership to ensure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. Additionally, the Production Manager helps establish the APMEX culture at the plant location and assists in identifying and developing the next generation of leaders.

Education: Bachelor or master’s degree, typically within Business Management, Operations, Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with a deep knowledge of production management
