• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Refine Jira workflows and processes to streamline efficiencies.
• Work closely with multiple Product Managers and Software Engineering teams.
• Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events.
• Develop and conduct Scrum training for new team members and stakeholders.
• Focus on incremental delivery and understanding of Agile, Design and DevOps principles.
• Ability to forecast and construct metrics that can be presented to leadership team.
• Engage with 3rd parties managing risks, issues and assumptions.

• BA/BS degree in a technical/business field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
• 2 years of industry experience in Project Management OR Scrum.

• Experience with working in software development environment centered around Online Banking.
• Certifications within Project Management or Scrum.
