With more than 300 clients throughout the U.S., we deliver comprehensive online and mobile solutions that support banks and credit unions, ranging from small community financial institutions to new, innovative direct banks.

Summary:We are looking to add a software development focused intern to help support our Salesforce platform and initiatives.

Location:This role will be based out of our Wilmington, NC office.

Responsibilities:

• Your primary responsibility will be to act as first line of support to resolve day-to-day problems with Salesforce for our various business units.
• Resolve bugs in existing applications.
• Attend meetings with business units to gather requirements and come up with solutions to business problems.
• Opportunity to learn development within the Salesforce platform using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.
• You will assist in the administration of Okta, O365, Active Directory, Device management, and Azure for setup, maintenance, and integration with essential services. AWS accounts and roles provide the team access to development environments, but also need to handle security on production level accounts.
• Assist with securing the environment by reviewing output from our security tools such as SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Detection, and ensuring they support industry regulatory requirements (SEC, SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST).
• Document policies and procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• A junior or senior in college pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solution problems.
• Familiarity with Mac and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Office 365, Okta, and networks (LAN, WAN).
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and familiarity in at least one of the following languages: Java, Javascript, Typescript, C#, C , and Apex.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce workflows, approval processes, visual workflows, process builder and other tools is a plus.
