- Two years of college in a social or human service field; OR a high school degree or equivalent AND at least two years’ experience working with youth
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Provide quality support within the framework of a residential/partial day treatment for children/adolescents
- Ensure the clients’ are experiencing quality care for their well being
- Assisting with the planning and supervising of programmed activities of daily living
- Assisting with facilitating client education
- Serve as a positive role model for clients and staff
