Apexon is Hiring a Computer Systems Administrator Near Detroit, MI

Description:

Seeking a systems analyst that helps the team with operations work and trouble tickets related to online banking systems. Background for this person should include systems, development and technical support related to maintaining security certificates, testing and reporting data to management.
Experience Level: Less than 5 years

This person will temporarily replace existing staff by performing these tasks:

  • Update security profiles of applications through certificate installation and verification when needed.
  • Upload daily files needed for operations continuity
  • Aggregate data from different sources into standardized system reporting on volumes, satisfaction and rating.
  • Regression testing for new releases on specific products (training provided)
  • Monitor file receipt and processing and address any anomalies Skills:

This person should have:

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience being 3-5 years system support and maintenance
  • file administration and handling experience
  • Test or regression test experience
  • Security certificate maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with Excel to combine data and align for reporting and graphs The right candidate will have a good attitude to pick up work from others, be willing to work Eastern time zone and occasional nights or weekends to complete the assigned tasks.
  • Prefer banking experience but require systems background and file handling.
  • Customer service experience helpful.
